ABOUT

Cooking for me has been a way to face difficulties, adaptations, challenges, both internally and externally. I never accepted the idea of "there's nothing to eat," nor did I give up on the idea that healthy and natural nutrition IS possible, as long as we learn that the body occupies a special place in this life. Taking care of it, like our temples.

Through my travels, I've had the privilege of learning from diverse culinary traditions around the world: India, Middle East, Spain, Indonesia, Japan, Argentina, Italy, Egypt...

These experiences, combined with my studies in Ayurveda and trauma-informed practices, has shaped my understanding of the intricate relationship between food, body, mind and also, how and who we share the table with. I've come to realize that a healthy gut is essential for a healthy and fulfilled life.
