Nourish to Thrive: this is what happened last Sunday around the table...

Someone once asked me what a beautiful day looks like.

I thought of the travels.
The achievements.
The milestones.

But honestly...

It wasn’t any of those.

It was probably an ordinary Sunday.

A full table.
Everyone talking at once.
Not a single empty chair.

A table that felt like home.

I believe some of life’s deepest nourishment is found around a shared table.

Not only in the food we eat, but in the conversations we have, the stories we share, and the feeling of belonging that reminds us we were never meant to nourish ourselves alone.

This is where Nourish to Thrive began.

Last Sunday, I guided the second edition of Nourish to Thrive in Bali and I got to witness that intention becoming real.

We gathered around a candlelit table as the sun began to set, sharing food, questions, experiences, and a genuine curiosity about our bodies.

What made the evening so meaningful wasn’t simply what we learned about Ayurveda or holistic nutrition.

It was what happened between us.

Questions opened conversations. Conversations opened new perspectives.

And somehow, a dinner became a space where people could pause, listen, learn, and feel seen.

Yes. We spoke about Ayurveda, Doshas, digestion, energy, nervous system, nourishment, daily habits, and the different ways our bodies communicate with us.

But underneath all of that was a deeper invitation:

To stop seeing food as another set of rules, and begin seeing nourishment as a relationship with ourselves.

Because there is no one perfect way to eat.

There is only learning to become more attentive to what your body is asking for.

And perhaps this is what I loved most about Nourish to Thrive:

It wasn’t a lecture.

It wasn’t about telling anyone what they should or shouldn’t eat.

It was a shared exploration.

A reminder that nourishment can be practical, joyful, social, intuitive—and deeply connected to the way we live.

I left that evening feeling incredibly grateful.

Grateful for every person who came to the table.
For the questions that were asked.
For the stories that were shared.
For the openness, laughter, curiosity, the hugs and connection.

And for the reminder that sometimes, we don’t need more information.

Sometimes, we simply need a table where we can remember how to come back to ourselves—and to each other.

Thank you to everyone who made Nourish to Thrive what it became.

This is only the beginning.
